What is an AI agent, exactly?
A chatbot answers a question. An AI agent goes further: it carries out several steps on its own to reach a goal. It reads an incoming document, looks up the matching data in your ERP, weighs what needs to happen and prepares the action.
You set the boundary. Which steps may the agent finish, and from which point does one of your people still take a look? We make that choice together with you, and it is different for every application.

Your processes are not your competitor's. An agent that does not know your quoting, discount or lead-time rules produces work you have to correct afterwards.
The integration is the real work. The language model is one component. What counts is whether the agent reaches your data safely and reliably.

AI already runs inside our own CMS. It generates full pages complete with formatting, and translates entire catalogues while preserving structure. We work with the models from Anthropic and OpenAI.
