offering a wide range of building materials to both private individuals
and professional customers such as contractors, roofers and plasterers.

The main challenge of this project was combining a complex pricing and customer system with a simple and user-friendly digital platform.
Bouwcenter Vanhulle works with multiple customer types and price groups, managed within the MFS Digon ERP system. After logging in, each customer must automatically see the correct prices, stock availability and customer-specific information.
Additionally, the website needed to:
- support product discovery and quotation requests,
- be fully responsive across all devices,
- allow visitors to navigate a large product range quickly and efficiently,
- and remain easy to manage internally without technical knowledge.
The solution
A fully integrated custom Website
IDcreation developed a tailor-made digital platform that seamlessly aligns with the internal operations of Bouwcenter Vanhulle, including:
- concept development and graphic design,
- full website build (desktop, tablet and mobile),
- development of an interactive CMS module enabling Vanhulle to manage content, customers and platform settings independently.
The website structure was logically organised using categories and subcategories, with clear product listings and detailed product pages. Thanks to an advanced search function with autocomplete, visitors and customers can quickly find the right products, article numbers or product names—an essential advantage when working with large catalogues. Prices are only visible to logged-in customers, which is crucial in a professional construction environment.

The final result is a stable, user-friendly and future-proof website, fully integrated with MFS Digon via an API connection.

1. Smart ERP integration
Customer data, price groups and products are automatically imported from MFS Digon. After logging in, each customer sees personalised prices based on their price group. Stock levels are displayed in real time.
All quotation requests submitted through the website are automatically sent back to MFS Digon for efficient internal processing.
2. Quotatino requests and Follow-up
Both registered and non-registered visitors can request quotations via a quotation cart. After submission, customers receive a confirmation email and a PDF overview of their request.
3. Flexible shipping management
All content and platform settings can easily be managed through the CMS. This allows the team at Bouwcenter Vanhulle to:
