With a growing number of exhibitors and visitors, strengthening its online presence became crucial for Matexpo. The existing website no longer met the needs of today's user, who expects smooth navigation and quick access to information.

Connected to the systems behind the fair
What the site shows is not managed on the site. Matexpo's participant administration and visitor registration run on specialised trade fair platforms, and the site is connected to them. Nobody has to enter the same data a second time, and the website and the fair records never contradict each other.
Data exchange with Expodoc
The trade fair software in which Matexpo manages stands, participations and exhibitor files. Exhibitors, stand numbers, sectors, brands and product categories all come from there and appear automatically in the exhibitor list.
Registration via Visit Cloud
Visitor registration and badge handling run through the registration platform, built into the site's own pages. The visitor stays within Matexpo's own look and feel, while badges and access control keep running in the platform itself.
