Easy Desk needed a fully customized B2B webshop that went far beyond a standard e-commerce platform.

Full integration with Dias ERP
A key part of the project was the real-time integration with Dias. Through the API, all relevant data is automatically retrieved and synchronized.

New customer registrations on the webshop are also automatically forwarded to the ERP system, eliminating duplicate input and ensuring faster and error-free processing.
Advanced custom pricing structure
Because Easy Desk works with different customer types and pricing agreements, an extensive pricing engine was developed. Registered customers always see their correct prices and conditions, fully and automatically retrieved from Dias.

Smart inventory management and catalog integration
In addition to Dias, integration was also provided with the external Adveo catalog via XML import, using a smart import process that gives Easy Desk full control without manual processing of large amounts of data.

Differential updates — only modified data is processed
New products are prepared but not automatically published
Products can be selected and published through the CMS
Deleted products are automatically taken offline
Extensive customer portal
The webshop includes a comprehensive customer portal where customers can manage various administrative tasks themselves. Customers can:
View delivery notes in PDF format
Access their order history
Easily reorder previous purchases
Manage delivery addresses
Changes to delivery addresses are automatically synchronized back to Dias so that all systems remain fully up to date.

Flexible user and account structure
For companies with multiple users, an advanced account structure was developed. The login and password module was built fully GDPR-compliant, including secure password resets via temporary unique links.

- Registered customers with the ability to create multiple logins per customer
- Project customers — with unlimited subaccounts and permissions per user
Budget management
- Budget limits configurable per month, quarter, or year
- Account automatically blocked when limits are exceeded
- Administrator automatically receives an email notification
User-friendly webshop functionalities
The webshop was built with a strong focus on usability and fast navigation. In addition, alternative and related products are automatically suggested to make the ordering process more efficient.

Online payments via Mollie
An integration with Mollie was implemented for online payments. The available payment methods are automatically determined based on customer data and parameters from Dias. This ensures that every customer automatically sees the correct payment options, tailored to their profile and agreements within the ERP system. As a result, the payment process is not only more user-friendly, but also fully integrated with Easy Desk’s internal operations.
