To automate day-to-day operations as much as possible, several integrations with existing software and business partners were implemented.
- Hofman Animal Care (HAC): Products, descriptions, and prices are automatically synchronized every week through a REST API, ensuring the product catalogue always remains up to date.
- Onfact: Orders are sent to the Onfact accounting software in real time for automatic processing and invoicing.
- DPD: The DPD integration automatically generates shipping labels, tracking information, and pickup point support.
- Mollie: Customers can choose from multiple payment methods through the Mollie integration.
Online marketing support
The webshop is also fully integrated with external marketing platforms.

For intra-community customers, automatic VAT number validation through VIES was implemented. This ensures that international B2B orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with European VAT regulations.
